Keeping Families Connected in Transylvania County. An Outreach of the Preventative Collaborative

CONNECT is a collaboration of local private and non-profit groups who work in conjunction in an effort to strengthen families. The collaborative's goal is to help families remain stable and safe by providing access to education, advocacy, and referrals to community services and programs. Services are completely voluntary, and the family is the main partner while they are involved with CONNECT. The program is graciously supported by Pisgah Health Foundation and the Smith Martini Foundation. Meetings take place weekly.
