Director of Program Operations
The Family Place is seeking a dynamic and mission‑driven Director of Program Operations to lead program strategy, strengthen teams, and expand high‑quality services across our Brevard and Rosman locations. This senior leadership role is ideal for an experienced nonprofit professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, excels at building systems, and enjoys turning big ideas into meaningful results for families.
As a key member of the leadership team, the Director of Program Operations provides strategic direction for all Family Place programs, ensuring they are trauma‑informed, community‑responsive, and aligned with organizational goals. This role guides and develops program staff, supports strong operational systems, ensures grant and reporting compliance, and collaborates closely with the Executive Director and Finance team to design and manage program budgets.
The Director will champion program quality, staff development, and organizational growth while fostering a collaborative, supportive culture. Your leadership will directly strengthen families across Transylvania County and help advance the mission and long‑term impact of The Family Place.
Children’s Program Team Member
The Family Place is seeking part-time team members to support children ages 0–15 during programs at our Brevard and Rosman locations, as well as at partner sites throughout the community. These roles help create fun, safe, engaging spaces and activities for children while their parents/caregivers participate in Family Place activities. Afternoon, evening, and Saturday shifts are available.
